Satish Marathe, Registrar
Satish Marathe holds a Masters Degree in Arts and is an alumnus of IMDR from the 77 - 79 batch. He has been working with IMDR for the more than 25 years. He heads the administrative section and ensures that the administrative machinery and infrastructure function smoothly, especially during the course of admissions. He also handles all enquiries.
He has actively participated in the activities of the Humanist Movement. He has a special interest in classical music and also likes interacting with people from all sections of society.

Jayashree Jawalekar, Accountant & Controller of Examinations
Jayashree Jawalekar handles all matters regarding examinations, fixing of the examination schedule and announcement of the results. She also handles queries concerning financial matters.
Her areas of interest are interacting with people and Indian classical music.

Neeti Karanjkar, Librarian
Neeti Karanjkar has done her MA (Economics Hons ) and M.LibISc. She joined IMDR in 1991. Her work largely centres around important aspects of the Library such as formulating library policies in close co-ordination with the faculty in-charge of the Library. She also ensures compliance with copyright rules. As the head of the Library, she anchors the Library budgeting process and long term and the short term planning. She interacts with the faculty and the students through the Library Committee.
In her tenure at IMDR, she has involved herself in several initiatives. She has attended workshops and seminars at XLRI, Jamshedpur and DRTC, Bangalore. She has contributed the library write up for the IMDR web site and the Pune University Library and Information Science Association (PULISA) newsletter.

Charushila Gaikwad , Assistant Librarian ( Books)
Charusheela Gaikwad has done her MA (Political Science Hons ) and M.LibISc. She joined IMDR in 1993. She handles new arrivals and book extracts and updates the IMDR intranet website, Mosaic, with the latest arrivals and library offerings. She participates in the administrative functions of budgeting, data back-ups and stock-taking for the library.
To keep herself abreast of the latest in the library sciences, she has attended lectures at the Britich Council Library (BCL), Pune and the Gokhale Institute and has visited libraries related to the management disciplines.

Pradnya Mahajan, Computer Center In-charge
Pradnya Mahajan has done her BCS(Bachelor of Computer Science) and MDBA(Masters Diploma in Business Administration).
She manages the Computer Center , looks after the System Administration and Computer Centre related services at IMDR. She is responsible for conducting training sessions for staff and students at IMDR and the overall development of the center.
In her tenure at IMDR, she has handled several renovations of the center and has developed software for the administration at IMDR.
