Mission and Vision

	The Mission of IMDR
To impart education for enlightened practice of management and sustained growth of work organizations. The participants in the educational programmes at IMDR learn to examine and modify, if needed their own practice and behavior for short term and long-term effectiveness. The belief is that sustained growth of work organizations depends on development of the unique 'potential' of each individual leading to fuller development of all in the work organization.
The Vision statement focuses on the values and processes needed to reach the goal stated in the Mission.
	The Vision of IMDR
To create a learning community that values productive and creative actions. The educational process that would help the community realize these values is through inward and outward openness. On *IMDR* campus, every member, staff or student has sufficient freedom to pursue his \her own interests while meeting the common interests of community. Free development of each individual is an essential condition for the free development of all. The values stated in the vision statement are of productivity, innovation, openness and freedom, integral to enlightened management practice stated in the mission statement.
