IMDR Has organized a webinar on August 05, 2021 on the topic Career opportunities in BFSI Sector The webinar was conducted through Microsoft Teams and participants were students of PGDM-I &II.The resource person was Mr. Soumya Ranjan,Head - Business Operations , BFSI Sector Skill Council of India
He shared an overview of constituents of Indian Financial system and sharing your insights on the significance of skill development of the youth. The data shared by him has given food for thought.
He enlightened the students about variety of job roles in BFSI sector and skills required for the same. He shared the initiatives of BFSISSC to make youth more employable. He discussed elaborately about debt recovery, accounts executive, equity dealer, insurance agent , mutual fund distributor etc QPs offered by BFSISSC. The session was truly enriching.
