The webinar was conducted through Microsoft Teams and participants were students of PGDM-I &II.The resource person was Mr.Pramod Shah , Vice President - HR , Tata Capital ltd.
He enlightens us by sharing with us his invaluable insights on focus on domain,requirement of skill development and certifications, learning through group discussions, communication skills, confidence, awareness about business environment. He explained the steps to be followed to get ready for industry.All the students took some invaluable takeaways from this wonderful discussion.
