Profile:
Ms. Arati Pendse is B.Sc. Electronics, LL.B. and M.A. (Communication Psychology). Two post graduate Diplomas one in Child and Family Counselling and Advance Diploma in System Analysis are also to her credit. She is corporate trainer of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). She has total experience of 32 years in academics and corporate field. She has worked as resource person on Swayam/ MOOC online education platform. Ms. Arati Pendse has participated in various FDPs. She has an experience in conducting various training workshops that covered topics like Team Building, Leadership and Supervisory skills, Conflict Management, Personality Development, Body Language, Stress Management, Counselling Techniques, Parenting, Elder’s Counselling and Specific care giving to Elderly, Training to Care giver of Alzheimer and Dementia patient and PoSH Act, 2013. She is appointed psychologist for Pune Police, Member of Pune Police Panchayat, Member of Community Advisory Board of NARI (National Aids Research Institute). She was Member of Juvenile Justice Board, Pune for one full term.

Experience:
She started her career as an entrepreneur. She has her own Consultancy Named SARG that was working in the field of Computer training and Software Development. Later she shifted to another filed of psychology and has her own consultancy named MaanasMitra Counseling Centre. She is founder Director of Centre for Psychological Health working under the banner of BVB, Pune. She has experience of teaching in various esteemed institutes like MES, PES, Baya Karve Stree Abhyas Kendra, Bharai Vidyapeeth, YSHADA and working with corporates like Kinetic Engg., SAS, Hyster- Yale, to name a few of them.
