Profile and History:
Dr. Sonali Khurjekar is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management with a rich academic and professional background. Sonali has done her PhD in competency management of employees in the healthcare sector, Master of Business Studies (HR) and Bachelor of Pharmacy. With 12 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions, Dr. Khurjekar heads the Internship and Projects Committee at IMDR. Sonali has multiple publications in UGC CARE and Scopus indexed journals, and she has also edited and authored two books. Dr. Sonali has presented papers at national and international conferences and actively participates in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). Her areas of interest include -general management, entrepreneurship, soft skills and human resource. Dr. Sonali is a dedicated educator committed to helping students reach their full potential and excel in their studies and careers.
