Profile and History :

Ms. Nisha Sah Gangola is a dedicated educator currently teaching at the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR), Pune. With a robust academic background and a keen interest in sustainability, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her students.

Ms .Nisha completed her M.Phil at Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC) in Pune, where she conducted research on "A Study of Consumer Awareness Towards Green Marketing in India, with Special Reference to Pune City" as part of her dissertation. She is pursuing her PhD from Symbiosis International University, furthering her research in the field of marketing with a special focus on sustainability. She has actively contributed to academic and professional development through various lectures and engagements.

Research and Publication:

Current scenario of Consumer Awareness towards Green Marketing in India. Published in the research journal ROYAL bearing ISSN-2278-8158, presented on 5th January 2018 during National Conference on New Horizons in Accounting, Taxation and Management.

Experience::

Ms. Nisha has a teaching experience of 5 years. Before joining IMDR she was associated with Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce for three years and Ness Wadia College of Commerce for two years. During her tenure there she has been actively engaged in Curriculum development and NAAC Accreditation process. Ms. Nisha has consistently demonstrated her passion for educating future leaders in the field of marketing. Her interest in sustainability is reflected in her research and teaching.
