50 thousand first prize to Krrish Agarwal in the business plan competition

Deccan Education Society's IMDR Pune organized a business plan competition at the national level. 23 teams participated in it. Plans were submitted for providing various goods/services.

7 best plans were shortlisted from the first round. In the second round, the selected contestants presented their business plans to professional investors. Ferguson College student

Krish Agarwala's street food vendor information app won first prize of Rs 50,000. Aryan Raul from NIT Suratkal got the second prize of Rs.30 thousand. It has an app on tourism for the youth.

BMCC alumnus Sairaj Ahiwale's startup company 42 EVTech&Services came third and got a prize of Rs 20 thousand. Amogh Mayee of the start-up company 'Poshak' was awarded the best business plan exhibition prize of Rs 5 thousand among those who participated in the competition and also participated in the exhibition.

Mr. Chakor Gandhi, Mr. Neeraj Bora and Mr. Sujay Shah were the judges for this competition.

Pune Deputy Commissioner of Police Shri Sandeep Singh Gill was also present as a special guest for this event. He gave valuable guidance to the contestants and the students present.

The program was concluded on 25 March 2023 with the efforts of Dr. Abhijeet Shivane, Dr. Sonali Khurjekar, all teaching and non-teaching staff and entrepreneurship development student members under the guidance of IMDR Director Dr. Shikha Jain.

Sanjana Dhole and Arushi Singh moderated the program.
