ABOUT THE BOOK
Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana was a milestone step in the journey towards
financial inclusion. After five years of launch, it was felt needed to study the
perception of the stakeholders i.e., Borrowers and Lenders towards the scheme.
Survey-based research was conducted to understand the opinion of Borrowers
and lenders and a pool of information was generated through 221 beneficiary
and 215 financer responses. The research carried out by the students and faculty
of DES’s IMDR, generated insights which are shared in the book, which the
authors believe to be useful to the policy makers as well as other stakeholders.
