process, etc. Identifying and remediating the non-point sources of
pollution is very difficult and costly. Industrial growth over the years
has caused a growth in various chemical productions. This has also
caused an upsurge in waste generation from chemical industries. The

research suggests that in most places the waste management facility is
not present and the waste is directly disposed of in the river.
