VJ offered office spaces in Yashwin Sukhniwas one of its well-known
projects in Hinjewadi, Pune where customers can work under hassle
free environment and productivity.
• Team VJ successfully organised the cleanliness drive in the month
May, 2020 at Yashwin Hinjewadi site, Pune. In addition, the drive
was conducted to give the possession of C building in time. The
possession event was successfully executed in May, 2020.

CONCLUSION
To conclude, Real Estate too like every other industry across
the globe faced ramifications of the novel virus that almost paralysed
the entire human race. However, VJ has come out with very positive
approaches to overcome such a difficult situation keeping in mind the
safety of labourers, administration staff, employees, support team and
especially its customers who are known as the pillars of any organization.
In addition, this working technique of VJ will definitely inspire the other
real estate developers in the city to find a positive way to handle this
situation.
