e Placement activity at IMDR® is a student-driven process supervised by the Head of Placements and facul-
ty members. e activity aims to maximize opportunities for students across sectors and domains. is year
the Placement season began on 1st September 2021 and the process closed on 31st July 2022.
A ‘placement opportunity’ is created for a student when the student becomes eligible to send his/her resume
for being considered for the role in a company as described in the job description shared. Students are allowed
to apply for jobs in their major or minor specialization area or as per company criteria. is year an average

of 12 opportunities were generated for students across specialization areas.
