Salient Features of the book

                   Gopa Das is an Assistant professor in Human Resources and
                   Business Communication. She possesses more than 13 years
                   of industrial and academic experience at various positions in
                   Management Institutes in Pune.



                   Dr. Sanmath Shetty is an Associate Professor at IMDR®. He
                   has  completed  his Ph.D. from  SPPU. He has  a diploma  in
                   Labour laws & labour welfare and have completed Dip. T&D
                   from  ISTD. He is an  alumnus  of  Fergusson  College  Pune.
                   His research  interest  encompasses  the field  of  Training  &
                   Development, Emotional labour and Employee Engagement.


                   Dr.  Sonali  Khurjekar  is an Assistant Professor in HRM
                   domain. She has done her Ph.D. in competency management
                   of employees in healthcare industry. Dr. Sonali has over fifteen
                   years of experience in the field of management education. She
                   has several research papers to her credit and has authored two
                   self-learning material for students of executive education.
