SDGs are the premium outlook for mankind. All must look forward to meet these goals. All the stakeholders
are active towards meeting the SDGs, so is the premium stakeholder i.e., Industries. Industries have every
mechanism to incorporate the thoughts & actions towards meeting SDGs. Day by day, year on year the
Companies are incorporating certain measures which eventually make the better living for the society at
large.
FUTURE SCOPE OF THE STUDY:
The current study highlights the 17 Sustainable development Goals (SDGs) and the role of Industries at
large. The study encompasses the survey with 13 Companies selected on Convenience sampling technique
and the results have been demonstrated as received through Online medium. The Study does have its
limitations and at the same time it potentially has a future scope. The Researcher identifies the future scope in
the form Survey of Industries with Stratified Sampling & a larger sampling size across the Nation. The
results then developed will be exhaustive and may demonstrate the larger relevance. The Study may further
get refined as results per Industry. Also, the study has good Secondary data exploration through study of the
Sustainability reports of the company, that in itself is future scope to understand the role of the Industries
towards attainment of the SDGs.
