As we present this edition of the Journal of Management Development & Research, centered on the
theme “Deep Tech and the Global Race for Technological Leadership : From Innovation to Societal
Impact”, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to all who have contributed to its realization.
First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all the authors and co-authors whose dedication,
critical thinking, and collaborative efforts were instrumental in shaping this work. Their dedication,
intellectual depth, and research excellence have been instrumental in bringing this initiative to life.

We acknowledge with gratitude the efforts of the review committee, whose dedication and insightful
evaluations were crucial in maintaining the academic rigor and quality of the research papers featured.
This publication would not have been possible without the persistent efforts of the faculty members, as
well as the technical and administrative staff of IMDR, who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to
ensure the successful completion of this journal.
Throughout the course of this endeavour, we have witnessed rich and thought-provoking exchanges of
ideas and conversations that have deepened our understanding of the challenges and opportunities that lie
ahead for both India and the global business community.
