lenders should have more empathy towards the
small borrowers and they should guide them in
a proper way.
• The majority of the beneficiaries are neutral
in having opinion on level of ease in approval
of the loan, behaviour of the loan officers,
processing and disbursement of the loan and
overall processing of the loan. It is not disclosing
very positive perception of the borrowers about
the level of ease in applying, sanctioning and
disbursement of the loan. These issues should
be addressed, the feedback of the borrowers can
prove to be very useful in improving the service
quality of the lenders.
• The study reveals the economic impact of
Mudra loan on the business of the beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries of Mudra Loan have shown
clear disagreement on the statements showing
the positive economic impact of loan on their
business. It is really unsatisfactory when it has
been disclosed by the beneficiaries that the
Mudra loan taken by them has not played any
significant role in increasing the turnover of
the business, in adding human resource which
results in employment generation, or any kind
of expansion of business.
