things more easy in comparison with borrowers
for Shishu & Kishor Loans. It is suggested that
lenders should have more empathy towards the

small borrowers and they should guide them in
                a proper way.
              • The majority of the beneficiaries are neutral
in having opinion on level of ease in approval

of the loan, behaviour of the loan officers,
processing and disbursement of the loan and
overall processing of the loan. It is not disclosing
very positive perception of the borrowers about

the level of ease in applying, sanctioning and
disbursement of the loan. These issues should
be addressed, the feedback of the borrowers can
prove to be very useful in improving the service

                quality of the lenders.

Mudra loan taken by them has not played any
significant role in increasing the turnover of
the business, in adding human resource which
results in employment generation, or any kind

                of expansion of business.
