SUGGESTIONS
• Further study to understand the expectations of
the Borrowers need to be conducted, to devise
possible solutions to their challenges and
create the intended impact on their economic
conditions.
• It is suggested to address the issue of NPA
related to MUDRA loans, while continuing to
offer collateral free finance. This may be achieved
through rigorous Credit Risk Assessment.
• The study revealed that majority of the respondents
are accepting that the documentation required
for Mudra Loan is comparatively be arranged
easily by the small businesses. The overall
documentation impact is positive which is not
acting as deterrent for a small business units
or entrepreneurs for applying for Mudra Loan.
But there is need to make people more aware
about the Yojana, specifically in rural areas
where there are many potential borrowers and
an unorganised financial system is dominant.
• The study revealed that the beneficiaries of
Mudra loan are neutral when it comes to
gauge the level of difficulty they have faced
while applying and finally getting loan. The
beneficiaries of Shishu and Kishor loan are not
very convinced with the ease of loan procedure
as well as the attitude and approach of the
lender. The borrowers for Tarun loan found
