                                       academic environment,

                                       communication of research
work plays a vital role. The
                                       Deccan Education Society’s
                                       IMDR is committed to

            support and integrate evidence-based publishing
into core academic processes. These publications
ensure dissemination, reach and preservation of
research work on contemporary issues which are

            solution oriented.

“MUDRA Anubhav” is an outcome of an empirical
research on lender and beneficiary experience with

the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY), gauging
its potential in inclusive financing and as a growth
fuel at the bottom of the pyramid. Launched in
2015, the scheme completed five years at the time

of commencement the research exercise. The book
discovers its five-year run in providing tailored
credit access and financial support through
            multiple channels.

The findings in the compendium are underlined by
a concentrated study of the scheme, encompassing
a sample of 221 beneficiaries and 215 lenders. Each
