Prof. Shaunak Mainkar
Prof. Shaunak Mainkar is an Assistant Professor at DES’s IMDR ,

Pune, and is currently pursuing the Fellow Program in Management
(FPM) with a focus on financial markets and decision-making
systems. Actively promoting financial literacy, he conducts workshops
and mentors individuals to navigate financial markets. He has
contributed to collaborative research, practical learning initiatives,
and publications on emerging trends. His work reflects dedication
to integrate traditional Indian values with contemporary industry
practices, enriching both academic and professional domains.

Prof. Darshan Bagade

Prof. Darshan Bagade is an Assistant Professor of Finance at

DES’s IMDR , Pune, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Integrated
Reporting. His expertise includes financial reporting, taxation, and
audit, with a research focus on Integrated Reporting and its impact
on corporate transparency. Prof. Bagade is passionate about
connecting academic insights with real-world applications, fostering
a deeper understanding of financial practices. He is committed to
equipping students with the skills to excel in the evolving business
landscape.
