person at the right time at the right place’ and optimize their potential. At its core, Human Resource caters to
providing the right fit for the right job. Proving itself more than a support function, HR has become all-pervasive.
With the changes in the labour laws, contract obligations, corporate laws, HR has become a very critical
subject for study. The curriculum at IMDR is carefully crafted to teach the students HR Planning, Workforce
Management, Employee Retention, Motivation Theories, and Salary calculations. This enables the students to
