          through  food.  Culinary tourism, a  rising trend  in the
          global travel industry, finds its most vibrant expression
          in  India. Here, the journey of discovering  a culture
          often begins on a plate, where the diverse flavors of the
          country come alive. From the spicy curries of the South
          to the rich gravies of the North, culinary tourism in India
          offers travelers an opportunity to explore the country’s
          history, culture, and traditions through its rich and varied
