Life is a journey filled with twists and turns, and
as I pause to reflect on the chapters of my own
story, I am reminded of the profound impact
that education, experience, and relationships
have had on shaping my path. As an alumnus
of the Institute of Management Development
and Research (IMDR), I am honored to share
my journey—a journey marked by challenges,
growth, and the timeless pursuit of knowledge.
My journey began in the halls of IMDR, where
I embarked on a voyage of discovery that
would ultimately shape the course of my life.
Graduating in the year 1988, I entered the world
armed with a solid foundation in business
principles and a thirst for adventure. Little did I
know then that the lessons learned within those
walls would serve as the bedrock upon which I
would build my career and my life.
In the realm of business, success is often
measured by financial gains and professional
achievements. And while I am grateful for
the opportunities that have come my way, I
am equally cognizant of the values that have
guided me along the way. The course and
