The simplest of the definition of the Management is:
“Management is the art of getting people together to accomplish
desired goals and objects using available resources efficiently
and effectively “
This is what Lokmanya did to resurrect the movement of
independence in India.

Set a Goal.
“Swaraj is my Birth Right and I shall have it “, he wrote. He
said and I quote, “India was like a son who had grown up and
attained maturity. It was right now that the trustee or the father
should give him what was his due. The People of India must get
this effected, they have a right to do so.”

Again, put in a perspective of transfer of rights or Succession
planning as is normally done in the typical Business house by
the Management.
