The next five years are going to recruit 2 million people 2,000,000
consider two now where are those 2 million people are they going to
recruit any 2 million the answer is no, they want right skilled people
who are going to import skills so this earlier the model was in my
generation we were recruited in IT companies. IT companies had
accepted this fact that students don’t know and there are only 15
days only so they expect you to be level and running in 15 days’ time
and part of the problem is because of the attitude of professionals.
So we as industry is now expecting self-trained rapidly billable people
and now with work from home approach the trust element because
today you know this moonlighting where many professionals are
working for multiple companies this is actually unethical but you
can’t stop it if this is the issue then element of belief and trust is
question.
If this is so then the learners and professionals will have to be made
to re-skill so you did like a food order I go to a restaurant and order
I get my service in say 15 minutes to half an hour.
I’m I told that, in one hour 50 students prepare them for one year
and then they will be available this model is. See there are jobs,
unfortunately, China doesn’t have jobs for Indians and if they
are there, it is for their local business so I’m talking about highly
respected and paid jobs those jobs exist in Japan and they are
existing in all sectors right from governments to IT to academics,
the healthcare sector even a good nurse also has a job if I’m getting
job after learning Japanese, my career is safe then at least for next 10
years focus on Japan and then something else opens up that time we
will see but, right now next decade belongs to Indians.
Please calculate, it’s the same this is truer in today’s circumstances in
the way startups and other things happened to still be involved. What
should be done as a start up? there only things will happen. Why I
want to ask you how many startups do these startup entrepreneurs
they get a brilliant idea and start a company. If that brilliant idea is
really practical and if this brilliant idea is scalable, then, this brilliant
idea can save some rupees in few cases but if the answer is no, then
will find out that, the probability of failure is very high because,
entrepreneurship is all about money, if you have people in your
company and if you don’t pay them salaries, they will eventually
leave and the company will be closed.
