                                         A Crucial skill for budding managers





                         Emotional intelligence is a crucial skill for budding managers to
                        develop as it allows them to effectively understand and manage
                        their own emotions as well as those of their team members.
                         Emotional Intelligence start by developing an understanding of
                        your own emotions, triggers, and reactions. This help manager to
                        manage his/her emotions in a healthy way and avoid reacting
                        impulsively in stressful situations.
                         In  case  of  pitching  right  customer  for  the  financial  product,
                        emotional intelligence can be a crucial component. The capacity
                        to identify, comprehend, and control one’s own emotions as well
                        as those of others is referred to as emotional intelligence.  Selling
                        financial items to customers can benefit greatly from emotional
                        intelligence.
                         Developing a customer’s trust is a prerequisite for selling financial
                        items. Salespeople who possess emotional intelligence may find
                        it easier to relate to and connect with their clients in a way that
                        fosters  trust  and  rapport.  Salespeople  that  possess  emotional
                        intelligence may find it easier to comprehend the requirements
                        and objectives of their clients. Salespeople can more effectively
                        offer suitable financial product to fit the demands of customers
                        by being aware of and understanding the emotions that influence
                        client behaviour. Emotional acumen can be useful.
                                                                  It  is  important  for  every
                                                                budding manager, irrespective
                                                                of  his  specialisation,  to  study
                                                                and  understand  more  about
                                                                emotional intelligence and
                                                                develop the right approach to
                                                                understand his or her emotions,
                                                                as well as develop the skill to
                                                                assess others emotions before
                                                                dealing  with  people.  This
                                                                skill  can  lead  to  successful
                                                                career  and  strengthen  the
                                                                professional  relationships  at
                                                                workplace.
