Post lunch the session continued with the segment of HR Next Practices, in
which the first speaker was Mr. Sameer Agashe (Co-founder – LitmusBlox), who
spoke about HR Tech. The topics covered by him ranged from the areas under
HR Tech, why we should not fear technology and the various stages in which the
HR Tech elements currently exist.
The second speaker was Mr. Vinod Bidwaik (Group Director HR - AP Globale)
who covered the area of Employee Engagement (Holistic Approach). He spoke
about Employee Mindfulness and creating Trust Capital in an organization. The
3 Levels of Employee Engagement i.e. Motivational, Rational & Emotional. And
the 4 Factors of Workplace in 2025.

1. The Emotional Workplace
2. The Physical Workplace.
3. The Technological Workplace.
4. The Purposeful Workplace. He emphasized focus on employee experience
and also stated that purpose, tech environment, Culture, Working Environment,
HR Processes & Practices are elements that can be used to improve employee
engagement.

The valedictory session was conducted by Ms. Vanadana Saxena Poria OBE
(Chief Alarmist at The Human Alarm Clock & Co), who spoke about bringing
drastic change in the systems and following the natural pattern of things. She
emphasized on the importance of listening, which in today’s times is very short
in supply. She concluded by saying that Compassion carries an extremely
important role in a particular person’s life and it is to be implemented at required
stages of life.
