         We are glad to present the eleventh issue of IMDR’s Journal of Management Development and Research, the
         flagship journal of the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune. This journal is a modest

         attempt to provide an outlet for the publication of some good research done by management scholars. The
         response to the journal is overwhelming; this gives us double the energy to put our best efforts in bringing out

         the best of management research for you.


         The current issue features research across diverse management disciplines:


         One of the research mentions that market segmentation by age, gender, and financial status helps firms target

         profitable  segments,  enhancing  market  position  and  profits,  with  a  focus  on  customer-centric  strategies.
         Another study on online retail reveals that customer satisfaction is driven by digital marketing techniques,

         website features, information quality, and interactivity, showing a strong correlation with loyalty. Social media

         marketing's global engagement potential and challenges are analyzed, comparing it with traditional marketing.
         Research on digital libraries highlights high usefulness and satisfaction among students, despite data security

         concerns. A study on entrepreneurship emphasizes its impact on economic growth, particularly the role of
         women entrepreneurs and the need for training in underdeveloped areas.



         Research into Indian Farmer Producer Organizations identifies financial constraints and limited market access

         potential for global leadership is driven by domestic consumption and exports. Economic factors like FII, gold
         prices,  and  repo  rates  are  found  to  significantly  impact  the  S&P  BSE  Sensex.  Heritage  tourism  research

         underscores India's rich cultural heritage, government initiatives, and technological advancements, advocating
         sustainable  practices.  Another  study  highlights  the  socio-economic  contributions  of  Kolhapuri  chappals

         through community empowerment and cultural preservation. Research on tech-enhanced HR management in

         Indian industries focuses on cost reduction, quality enhancement, talent retention, and work-life balance.


         A study on trading techniques for the Indian stock market highlights advanced indicators and algorithmic
         models.  Research  on  educational  ERP  systems  shows  varied  user  satisfaction,  with  suggestions  for
