5.2.1. Seed Distribution and Subsidization: To overcome the initial
hurdle, the government and agricultural bodies should focus on
providing quality millet seeds at subsidized rates or even free,
ensuring that they are tailored to local conditions.

5.2.2. Training and Skill Development: Establish regional training
centers that offer practical demonstrations, field visits, and sessions
on millet cultivation. Incorporating local languages and customizing
approaches based on cultural nuances will ensure better uptake.

5.2.3. Strengthen the Supply Chain: Set up strategic collection and
processing centers, improve transportation facilities, and promote
advanced storage techniques. This integrated approach can streamline
the journey from farm to market.

5.2.4. Consumer Engagement and Education: Public awareness
