education and a self-reliant India for the future. Hon’ble Prime
Minister Narendra Modi has reiterated this new policy for the
upliftment of the country and for a self-reliant India. History
has shown that these two issues are complementary and that
they are a source of national pride.

               Globalization to Indigenous
Today, globalization is being discussed at various levels for
various reasons. Globalization has an impact on trade, industry,
transportation, production and distribution systems, and the
environment. But even in all these global currents, each country
is trying to secure its own interests. Today, while urging the
American people to use the products and resources produced in
their country by reducing imports from China, it is in America’s
best interest to oppose globalization. It is an attempt to make
America self-sufficient. In the last fifty years, China has made
tremendous progress in the industrial sector and has gained a
place as a producer country all over the world. Although India
and China have had hostile relations since 1962, India still must
rely on China for various goods. India is still dependent on
China for electronic goods, toys, mobiles, various equipment,
pharmaceutical raw materials. India imports more than four
times the amount of goods exported from India to China. The
reason for this trade imbalance is the neglect of India’s domestic
production. The spirit of self-reliance is to meet all the needs of
            the country through domestic production.
               The need for quality education

Along with globalization, today the world is moving towards
a knowledge-based social structure. Science and technology
have penetrated all walks of life. Emphasis is placed on the use
of latest technology in the manufacture of various weapons,
various minerals, machinery, energy, pharmaceuticals, research,
and almost everything else that we need in our daily lives.
Technology helps to get maximum good quality and maximum
production at low cost. This technology develops from the
            advanced study of science.
