Executive compensation with special focus on its
                      impact on women employees

             Commentary :

            1) The case focuses on the executive compensation which is
          the  remuneration  and  benefits  paid  to  top-level  executives  in  an
          organization
            2) In recent years, there has been growing concern about the level
          of  executive  compensation  and  its  impact  on  employee  morale,
          productivity, and fairness within organizations.
            3) One of the key issues with executive compensation is its impact on
          gender pay equity. Women are often paid less than men for the same
          level of work and experience.
            4) The gender pay gap at the executive level is often attributed to a
          “glass ceiling” that limits women’s advancement in the workplace.
          This, in turn, can lead to lower productivity, higher turnover rates, and
          a less diverse and inclusive workplace culture.










        An  effective  compensations  plan
       helps organizations to define the type
       of compensations they use in order to
       keep up the morale of the employees
       to increase the job satisfaction level.
       This can be showcased through their
       loyalty towards the organization and
       the quality of work in order to achieve
       these   compensations.    Executive
       compensation can be done on the basis
       of these six elements: Salary, Job Grade,
