7. The areas where difculty was encountered with digital on- boarders is

Observations:

a. There is a lot of different opinion about the areas where difculties were encountered in
digital onboarding. It is a depiction of variety issues the organisations expressed.
b. The most compelling issue faced by the respondents is regarding the employee
productivity as the employees are having severe restrictions due to lack of proper
infrastructure, instructions or in few cases knowledge to perform the task, the
measuring of employee productivity is such conditions is very confusing and deemed
difcult.
c. There was concern shown regarding knowledge of product/service knowledge in a
software company.

d. There was an issue experienced in a fashion-based organisation regarding Learning &
Development i.e. training of the on boarders.

e. There were certain concerns regarding employee life-work balance as they are away
from the family and that stresses the employees in certain cases.

f. In one case there was communication issues due to lack of communication as the
fresher was not having adequate infrastructure to stay in touch.
