Observations:

a. Organisations have not shown uniformity in terms of levels of employees being
onboarded.

b. It is observed that, some companies like Maersk, Deloitte LLC & Titan company
preferred to digitally onboard only freshers

c. A Start-Up, Zoop.one preferred to do it only for lateral entries
d. Companies like TIBCO software, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Finance, Tata
Technologies, Wipro, Titan, Aditya Birla Fashion Retail indulged in digital
onboarding for all levels of employees.

3. Challenges faced during documentation

Observations:
a. It is observed that, there were considerable difculties regarding documentation
of fresh entrants.

b. Many companies reported issues in Maintenance of physical records and also
other related issues.

c. Procurement of documents were least of worries for the companies as they were
obtained as digital copies.

d. This shows that the companies were also encountering difculties in verication
of the documents from educational institutes as they are currently non-
operational.
