7. It was observed that during COVID19
Lockdown period India has saved a lot of
foreign exchange because of very less
transportation. Companies suffered
losses because of the lockdown.
Considering these aspects, it was asked to
the respondents that whether dividing
employees in 3 parts will result into
reduction in infrastructure requirements,
facilities in the ofces, travelling cost, &
infrastructure cost. 95% respondents
agreed with the above opinion.
8. We read about the crimes happening in
public transport buses, trains, on roads
and at ofces, considering this aspect it
was asked that whether WFH will be a
safer option and help to reduce crimes. 53
% respondents agreed with the opinion,
39% were doubtful
Those who disagreed with the opinion have expressed concerns about the quality,
productivity and efciency of the employees who will be working from home.
8 % did not agree with it. The disagreed respondents claimed that Crime is not location
specic, it can happen at any place, There is no direct connection of crime & safety with
WFH, Crime depends on the mindset of the person.
9. It was also observed that 70%
respondents were using whatsapp
for ofcial Communication other
30% were using other platforms as
they need a better security and
capability platforms. A few
companies did not nd WhatsApp
as a professional platform for
ofcial communication.
