         3.  It was asked that whether work from can become a regular practice after the end of
             COVID 19 Lockdown period, 51% respondents thought that work from home through
             online platforms can become a regular practice in the organizations after the end of the
             Lockdown, particularly for those jobs which only need a smart phone, a Laptop and a
             secured Internet connection. 37% respondents answered as “May Be’ means they were
             doubtful about the same. Only 12% respondents have disagreed with the opinion. They
             have stated that Productivity of the employee may get hampered, Internet Connectivity
             is not stable, Possibility of communication gap amongst employees, Possibility of family
             disturbance and lack of focus on the job at home & Lack of Security of Internet Services.




























         4.  It was observed that during lockdown period most of the employees were   working from
             home. It was asked to the respondents that based on the learning from the Lockdown
             can it be possible to divide employees permanently in 3 parts?
         1.   Employees compulsorily required at the ofce,

         2.  Employees who can work from home.
         3.  Employees who are infrequently needed. (for example - attending ofce for three days in
             a week)

             67% respondents agreed to the proposal. 26% respondents were doubtful and 7%
             respondents did not agree with the proposal. They have expressed following concerns
             about dividing the employees.
             It may lead to imbalances in the organization.

             Employees in the work from home vertical may be seen as privileged ones by o ther
             vertical’s employees (Equivalent in Hierarchy)
