METHODOLOGY:-
The research was conducted based on the experience of the author. A survey of the
employees working in the corporate world has been carried out to verify the opinions of
the author regarding virtual working / WFH. A simple random sampling method was
used to collect the data. Graphical representation has been used to display the results of
the survey.

The researcher has also analyzed two latest cases of the IT companies to verify the
opinions expressed.

DATA ANALYSIS & FINDINGS:-
Primary Data Analysis
A sample of 76 respondents from 13 companies was studied. The median age of the
respondents is 27 years. Minimum age of the respondent is 23 years and maximum age
of the respondent is 69 years.

1. It was observed that 83% respondents are
using virtual platforms for conducting
Meetings during the lock down period.

2. The most popular virtual meeting
platforms were Microsoft Teams and
Zoom.
