Observations:
a. It can be clearly seen from the chart that, majority of respondents struggled to provide
infrastructure required for working as onboarded employees are currently working
from home, they may not have good internet connection/laptop.

b. There were issues faced in the issuing of company id/allocating company email ids also
as ofces are currently closed and the system for same is inaccessible
c. Another difculty encountered is making the fresh entrants acquainted with the work
norms of the organisation, the early period of an inducted employee is usually spent
observing others, interacting with co workers and reading company manuals ,but, due
to unavailability of all of this, it was difcult to introduce the employee to work norms.
