           The evolving situation in the aftermath of COVID19 pandemic reects in the views of
           the respondents. The signicant element of uncertainty that is associated with the
           virus spread makes the respondent associate uncertainty with the research variables,
           lasting over a period of one year.

           Given  the  negative  sentiment  on  the  job  front,  clearly  indicating  recessionary
           tendencies in respondent view, what strategic initiatives and efforts are required to
           turn the tide over? The research seeks respondent view on what elements should be
           visible in business strategy. The researcher nds that majority of respondents, 32%,
           are uncertain, 31% agree and 16% strongly agree that business failure will be because
           of old and weak business models. The strategic intent underlying respondent thought,
           however, gives clear indication of changing means and adopting new ways of doing
           business reected in the following ndings, presented subsequently in the graph and
           the table  in Figure 6 -
           45% respondents agree and 22% strongly agree that businesses may downsize but only
           in the short term
           41% respondents agree and 32% strongly agree that businesses in general have to nd
