• Introduction :
The most significant change in the way we work,
particularly work from home, is a paradigm shift.
Working from home has created a significant
difference in the concept of an organization.
Previously, an organisation was thought to be
something in which people were involved and
how they worked, met, and talked.
Though working from home has given people a
lot of incentive to work in a distinct or remote way,
it has drastically changed the human equation.
How good or bad is entirely subjective to each
organisation, supervisors, and subordinates. But
it has taken away the human element.
