In 2019 the world faced the never before
challenge of the Covid pandemic. Needless to say
this pandemic disrupted human and corporate
life.

If we want to name the Pandemic era in
a positively then we can call it as “Era of
Digitalization”. Covid-19 has forced organizations
across the globe to take radical steps towards
adopting technological advancements to secure
their businesses. This Pandemic came up with
evolution in traditional workspace and remote
teams. A huge chunk of global businesses are
encouraging their employees to work from home,
even post-Covid. Before the pandemic, though
some companies offered work from home facility,
the majority weren’t ready for this sudden shift.
