         Conclusion
                 The managing of Human Resources in the changed business world has become a crucial activity. Due

         to the extensive use of technology in human resource management, lots of challenges have come forward.
         These challenges  are required to  be  faced and  solutions  are required to be worked out  which satisfy the

         management and the employees. It is a tight rope walk for the HRM. Although use of technology is beneficial
         to a great extent but there are some drawbacks which are to be avoided. A balance must be struck and excessive

         dependence on technology is required to be avoided.
