India is known for its varied landscapes, cultures, and traditions
along with the agricultural heritage that dates back thousands of

years. Within this history of farming practices and crop diversity,
Millets have held a key place for generations in rural India. Various
types of millet such, as Pearl Millet (Bajra), Finger Millet (Ragi),
and Foxtail Millet (Kangni) among others have been a part of India’s

landscape providing sustenance and cultural identity of numerous
        communities.

In times, as the world grapples with the challenges posed by climate
change, shifting dietary preferences, and the need for sustainable

agriculture, millets have emerged as a beacon of hope and resilience.
