the owners or managers of the enterprises which
qualied as MSMEs. The simple random sampling
method has been used.
Time Period: The study is limited the mentioned area
and the data is collected in the year FY 2018- 2019. The
data has been collected in the month of December 2019
to February 2020.

Data Collection: The secondary as well as primary data
sources have been used. The primary data has been
collected through sample survey method. The self-
administered questionnaire with close ended questions
has been designed and used for the survey. The interview
of the respondents has been taken to get the required
information for the questionnaire.

Data Analysis: The ve-point Likert-type scale has been
used to identify perception of the respondents about the
use of selected nancial variables. For data analysis pie
charts, bar diagrams, cross tabulation have been used.
The Microsoft Excel has been utilized for the same.
