             Demographic Analysis and Interpretation

             The data has been collected through a well-structured
             and  self-administered  questionnaire.  The  number  of
             respondents was 199 who were the owners/managers of
             the enterprise which falls under the category of MSME
             and  located  within  the  Pune  and  Pimpri-Chinchwad
             area, Maharashtra.
             Descriptive Statistics : Demographic Variables:
             The respondent enterprises covered manufacturing as
             well as service enterprises which includes the sectors
             like  education,  nance,  real  estate,  retail  business,
             software  development,  hospitality,  tour  and  travel,
             entertainment, sports, tness & gym etc.
             The  human  resource  of  an  enterprise  is  a  strong
             determinant  to  understand  the  span  of  activities  and
             growth of the organisation. It has been shown in Figure
             No.1. It is found   that 33% of the sample business units
             had less than 10 employees, 14% of the units covered
             had  between  11  to  30  employees,  32%  of  them  had
             between 31-50 employee and 22% of the business units
             had more than 50 employees.
