Turnover
The 10% of the sample business units had a turnover of
up to INR 50 lakhs, 11% of the units covered had a
turnover of between INR 50-75 lakhs, 52% of them had a
turnover of between INR 75 lakhs to 01 crore , 28% of the
business units had a turnover of above Rs.1 crore . It
shows that majority of the enterprises have turnover
between Rs.75 lakhs to Rs.1 crore for the concerned
period (Figure No. 2).

The age of the enterprise helps to understand the degree
of stability in policies in managing in nance and the
adoption of nancial management tools to manage
business nance (Figure No. 3). The 22% of the sample
business units were up to 05 years old, 51% of the units
covered were between 5-10 years old and 27% of them
were more than 10 years old .
