          In a post-COVID workplace, it’s essential to have a personalised, flexible,
         yet comprehensive pay system with technology-enabled design and delivery
         to maintain employee engagement and guarantee corporate efficiency.











        Introduction

        Although it is not thought to be the most significant, compensation is a
       significant factor in work quality. While most businesses can think about
       the potential of providing competitive pay and benefits to entice and hire
       the best employees, businesses that operate under the not-for-profit model
       face some unique difficulties. Because people are also searching for jobs that
       make an impact, offer interesting and varied challenges, and foster positive
       working relationships, organizations can and should market their strengths.
