The sample adequately represents various leadership roles in industry sectors as
depicted in Table 2:
The researcher believes that perceptions about business operations are also shaped
by the gender of the person in a leadership role. Hence efforts were made to ensure
gender diversity in the sample as depicted in Table 3:

While 90% of the respondents were from India, 10% were overseas respondents, who
were either PIO (Persons of Indian Origin) living and working abroad or Indian citizens
representing their organisation abroad.
