         their experience smoother  and more efficient. This  level  of understanding of user needs is  like having  a
         roadmap to guide the development and improvement of the software. By addressing these frustrations and

         implementing solutions, the software can ultimately provide a better educational experience for all users. This
         not only benefits current users but also has the potential to attract new users and improve the overall reputation

         of the software. By continuously listening to and addressing user feedback, the software can evolve and adapt

         to  meet  the  ever-changing  needs  of  the  education  system.  In  the  end,  it's  all  about  prioritizing  the  user
         experience and striving towards continual improvement.


             6.  Findings
               The research revealed a range of user satisfaction levels with some expressing positive experiences
                 and others encountering challenges.

               Common challenges  included  navigating complex interfaces,  limited customization options, and

                 encountering technical difficulties.
               User-friendliness varied depending on the specific modules and individual user experiences.

               While some users  praised  responsive and  helpful support,  others reported difficulties  accessing

                 assistance.
               The willingness to recommend the software depended on individual experiences and perceived value.

               Users suggested improvements in user interface design, customization options, integration with other
                 systems, and enhanced reporting functionalities.

               Many users appreciated the convenience and efficiency of the system, citing it as a valuable tool in
                 streamlining their workflow.


               Users mentioned the need for more user-friendly interfaces, increased customization options, and better
                 technical support.

               Many users highlighted the importance of seamless integration with other systems and the need for
                 enhanced reporting functionalities.

             7.  Suggestions
         Based on the findings, the following suggestions are made:

               Prioritize user-cantered design: Focus on intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that cater to diverse
                 user needs.

               Offer flexible customization options: Allow users to adapt functionalities to specific institutional
                 requirements.

               Invest in robust and responsive support systems: Ensure prompt and efficient assistance to address

                 user concerns.
