               Promote ongoing user training and support: Equip users with the skills and knowledge to maximize
                 software utilization.

               Gather continuous  user feedback:  Actively  collect  and  incorporate user  insights  into  future
                 development efforts.

               The research also highlighted the impact of training and onboarding processes on user satisfaction.

               Many users  expressed  frustration with the  lack  of comprehensive training  provided,  leading to
                 difficulties in utilizing the software to its full potential.

               Those who  received  thorough training  reported higher  satisfaction  levels  and  were  able to  fully
                 leverage the software's capabilities.

               The importance of ongoing support and updates was also emphasized, with users expressing the need
                 for timely bug fixes and new feature releases.


         By  addressing  these  suggestions  and  actively  engaging  with  user  experiences  educational  ERP  solution
         providers  can  enhance  user  satisfaction,  optimize  software  usability  and  ultimately  contribute  to  a  more

         efficient and effective learning environment.
