finding the perfect applicant to use AI tools is one of the biggest challenges facing the sector, one that the HR
department may find challenging. (Ch Jhansi 2022) Here are some challenges faced with AI in Recruitment:
Lot of data is required: For understanding the complex psychology of employees, a great deal of data
is required.
Lack of human touch: As a tool, (AI) lacks empathy, just as HR does not. an AI technology short of
empathy is unable to address organizational issues with individuals, whereas an HR specialist's human
touch can do so.
Difficulty in dealing with human beings: When it comes to managing humans, artificial intelligence
(AI) is merely a tool to complete tasks with less time and money. Although advanced, the AI cannot
control or handle humans since it lacks empathy.
Benefits of AI in HR –
• Time and Cost Efficiency: AI streamlines complex tasks, reducing the time and effort required, leading
to higher accuracy and lower operational costs
• .Error Detection and Prevention: AI’s analytical capabilities enable faster and more accurate detection

processes, making these functions more efficient and cost-effective.
