finding the perfect applicant to use AI tools is one of the biggest challenges facing the sector, one that the HR
department may find challenging. (Ch Jhansi 2022) Here are some challenges faced with AI in Recruitment:

 Lot of data is required: For understanding the complex psychology of employees, a great deal of data
                 is required.

 Lack of human touch: As a tool, (AI) lacks empathy, just as HR does not. an AI technology short of
empathy is unable to address organizational issues with individuals, whereas an HR specialist's human

                 touch can do so.
 Difficulty in dealing with human beings: When it comes to managing humans, artificial intelligence

(AI) is merely a tool to complete tasks with less time and money. Although advanced, the AI cannot

control or handle humans since it lacks empathy.

Benefits of AI in HR –

             • Time and Cost Efficiency: AI streamlines complex tasks, reducing the time and effort required, leading
to higher accuracy and lower operational costs

             • .Error Detection and Prevention: AI’s analytical capabilities enable faster and more accurate detection
of errors and discrepancies, improving data quality.

             • Focus on Strategic Activities: AI automates routine tasks, allowing HR professionals to concentrate
on strategic activities like client relationship building and employee development.

             • Enhanced Learning Experience: AI-driven training programs offer a more organized and effective
learning experience, improving employee skills and knowledge retention

             • Cost Reduction in HR Functions: AI contributes to cost reduction in recruitment and training

processes, making these functions more efficient and cost-effective.

         Conclusion-
The study highlights how artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing human resource (HR) management in

several ways. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is emerging as a solution to help HR departments improve their
operations in the face of difficulties like increased talent acquisition expenses, changing employee

expectations, and data overload. The paper delves into AI’s role in recruitment, training and development,
performance management, and employee engagement. In recruitment, AI tools such as Mya and Arya are

employed by companies like IBM and Facebook, enhancing efficiency in screening, interviews, and on

boarding. AI's diverse function in HR is emphasized, including task scheduling, career development, on
boarding, post-offer acceptance, re-engagement, candidate responsiveness, screening, and employee relations.

Training and development benefit from AI’s ability to tailor programs, provide personalized coaching, and
support reskilling and upskilling. The focus on individual employee maps and career development plans
