         contributes  to  less  absenteeism  and  improved  output.  Employee  engagement  gains  momentum  with  AI
         delivering individualized experiences, offering personalized feedback, and analyzing sentiment to foster a

         healthy work atmosphere. However, the paper emphasizes the importance of balancing AI’s role in retention
         with ethical considerations and data privacy. In performance management, AI, particularly Generative AI

         (GenAI),  transforms  traditional  approaches  by  providing  unbiased  feedback,  facilitating  ongoing

         conversations,  and  developing  powerful  goals.  The  benefits  include  reduced  bias,  improved  productivity,
         increased  fairness,  higher-quality  human  relationships,  and  greater  organizational  success.  Despite  the

         benefits, challenges arise, including the need for employees to acquire AI-related skillsets and the difficulty
         in handling human aspects that AI lacks, such as empathy. The importance of human touch in HR, especially

         when dealing with human beings, remains evident. The overall benefits of AI in HR, emphasizing time and

         cost efficiency, error detection and prevention, focus on strategic activities, enhanced learning experiences,
         and cost reduction in HR functions. In the Fourth Industrial Revolution period, the incorporation of AI is seen

         as a key factor in creating more productive, successful, and engaging work environments, advancing HR
         practices.
